Mr Hellerle has served as a diesel mechanic and sire foreman for more than 20 years. He has experience in the maintenance of asphalt plant and other road construction plant maintenance.
Miss Kubheka holds a National Diploma in Operations and Production Management. Miss Kubheka has served as a Quality Control Officer, Production Supervisor and Site Foreman for more than 10 years. She mainly has experience in scheduling production, overseeing production, and managing quality.
Mr Chuene holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering (S3 Level) as well as a Diploma in Entrepreneurship. Mr Chuene has served as a laboratory manager for more than 10 years in the aggregates, concrete, roads layers and asphalt industries. His experience mainly entails approval of laboratory results, site quality control and site inspections.
Mr Mashishi has 9 years of experience within the Civil Construction Industry.
His career ranges from planning construction operations, project management, risk assessments and management, quality assurance and maintaining and managing project sites.
With over 14 years’ experience within the procurement and supply chain industry. Mr Moagi has worked for companies such as Telkom S.A, Telecommunications Facilities Management Company, South African Bureau of Standards, Johannesburg Roads Agency, the University of the Witwatersrand and Carl Zeiss Optronics.
After leaving the corporate industry Mr. Moagi established his first business; Galindo Trading 66 which specialized in the buying and selling of road construction material as well as the supply of traffic signal equipment, installation and maintenance thereof.
In 2011, he identified that a gap existed for SMME manufacturers of asphalt. Driven by the need to shift the mind-set that SMME’s in the roads construction sector are nothing more than brokers, a visionary businessman, Mr. Sam Moagi decided to change this perception. With this, Black Bond Surfacing (Pty) Ltd was born.
Through Black Bond Surfacing, Mr. Moagi has also realized part of his vision of sustainable job creation. With this, Black Bond Surfacing (Pty) Ltd was born.
