Asphalt Production involves the processing of raw material through its production plant; the end result of which is various grades of hot and cold asphalt.
These products are key elements in the construction and maintenance of roads.
With its operations in Witbank, Mpumalanga, the company operates a 60 ton per hour asphalt manufacturing plant. All raw material and finished products go through a rigorous quality management processes where required tests are being conducted in our laboratory
In the execution of our production, the company places a lot of emphasis on among other things, compliance with environmental regulations as well as Health & Safety requirements.
We offer various designs of hot mix asphalt; using high quality aggregates as well as bituminous products in compliance with COLTO specifications.
Our products are produced at the relevant temperature to satisfy each individual customer requirements, taking into consideration various factors such as distance to site, bearing in mind compliance with industry standards.
We produce cold mix asphalt, which we are able to package in 25kg bags, 30kg bags, or alternatively to supply in bulk.
Our Cold Mix Asphalt is an All-Weather product that can be applied under both hot and cold weather conditions with great ease.
